As supposed by Nicky726 downgrading to 1.3.2-1 solves the issue:
If you didn't clean your pacman cache recently:

# pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/gpgme-1.3.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz 

restart kontact / kmail
