Kde 4.10.3 still has the same problem, using IMAP without SSL is not a solution
for me.
BTW, I am using Gentoo instead of Ubuntu (the platform this ticket is reported
with).

If more logging / information is needed please let me know.

Kontact is totally useless right now for me, and I had to reinstall
Thunderbird.
