1.) should be fixed in current kleopatra (KDE 4.10.3) coming with next gpg4win
release
2.) 2.0.17 is the gnupg component release number, 2.1.0 the gpg4win installer
package
3.) sending certificate request via email is not really supported for each mail
client, especially outlook makes problems. Workaround: save request and send
manually.
