Hi,
This is not a Bug in the Software Kleopatra. Please read the gpg4win-compendium
to better understand how the certficate creation works and what you are trying
to do.
If you have questions about the usage of kleopatra / gpg4win you can try to ask
in the gpg4win community http://www.gpg4win.de/community.html
