I have 4 calendars in 2 resources, and this is working fine for me (removed all
calendars resources that are not dav) with what will become 4.10.2. It may be
linked to an already closed bug given what I understand.

Can you re-test with 4.10.2 when it's out (or even try from the KDE/4.10 branch
of the kdepim-runtime git repo)?
