Why can it not be changed?
Whats the reason for it?
I remapped Ctrl-S now to the spell checker. So every time I press it, I get
informed that it is not doing what I wanted, and the mail stays open :)
For sure a dirty workaround. I would fix it myself, but have not the time to
get to understand the whole kdepim code.
