Akonadi server fails to start after upgrade to KDE 4.10.0 (akonadi server
1.9.0).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set the SQlite for database driver in Akonadi Server Configuration dialog
2. akonadictl start
3. see the output
