In Kontact 4.10.3 I can reorder the accounts in Settings->Kmail
Settings->Accounts->Adjust order Accounts, which have immediate effect pressing
Apply.
When changing in the context menu of the header of the Folder List to "Manually
by Drag and Drop", this order is not obeyed and the account are reordered. I
could not change that order by drag-and-drop.
