Rename table_cache to table_open_cache

table_cache is deprecated since MySQL 5.1.3 (released in Nov. 2005) and was
completely removed in MySQL >= 5.6

No other change is needed. On the next akonadiserver startup, the existing
config file will be replaced with the new one.
