when trying to use the translate option from the context menu, the translate
panel shows up but no translation is given.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a message
2.choose translate
3.set languages and click translate
Actual Results:  
nothing happens

Expected Results:  
translation
