In 4.11 final there is a button "Put in Output" as previous version.
or you can disable it by:
qdbus org.freedesktop.Akonadi.Agent.akonadi_sendlater_agent /SendLaterAgent
setEnableAgent false

In 4.12 I added a settings dialog to disable some akonadi agent
