hmm.... i use 4.11rc1 (i dunno if that is the same as 4.11 pre) and also i
tried to import the OPML file using kontact (4.11 rc1) (via tab feeds).

So i click to import it and then the akregator becames greyed out and after
more than 30min i have to kill it. 

here...sending screenshots... :)
