time is set from network; i assume it uses some ntp technology. no ?

2. pc

- time is set from ntp servers

- kde clock
in "fuseau horaire"  "UTC" is checked for "Area" and "default clock" is "local"

- in funambol 

for "time zone" "not specified" is set for the device smartphone and the device
syncevolution
