kmail 4.10.3 from LM-KDE 15-RC import wizard, after closing kmail as instructed
(or not), has greyed out forward and next buttons.  The only option is cancel. 
There is no way to import my data.  (Looks like its going to be Thunderbird or
Evolution for me).
