...seems like a follow-up to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=298911 :
When answering to an encrypted mail , the new mail is not encrypted by default.
Means that the user has to select 'encrypt' manually, which leaves a high risk
to forget it.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
When encrypted mail is answered, the 'encrypt mail' option is not set by
default

Expected Results:  
The 'encrypt mail' flag should be set by default
