Due to the fact that KMail development seems to run in circles
(working-failing-working-failing...) I'd like to remove myself from the CC
list.

I unmark the "Add me to CC list" checkbox and hit the "Save changes" button,
but I stay subscribed.

Admins, please help.

(Note: Never looked at the code, but wonder if unit-testing is utilized.)
