Not only would it be nice; but it would make Kmail usable again. What is the
suggested way to use Kmail these days without this? I really liked the old
"New" filter which would not make the emails disappear but this was closed with
no explanation what so ever: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293620
