Hmm, all three identities have no "self-made templates" set (the box to
customize them is unchecked).

When I check it to customize it, the following is filled in as default for
forward:

%REM="Standardvorlage für Weiterleitungen"%-

----------  Weitergeleitete Nachricht  ----------

Betreff: %OFULLSUBJECT
Datum: %ODATE, %OTIMELONG
Von: %OFROMADDR
%OADDRESSEESADDR

%TEXT
-------------------------------------------------------------

This fixes forwarding, but I guess "enabling customized templates" is not the
real solution. 

When I press "Copy global default templates", the content of the "forward
template" is replaced with a single line 
%BLANK
which seems wrong somehow. ???
