by default it's better to add all "To" in same line.
But as thunderbird supports it we must support it, but we need to hack kmime to
support search multi headers...
don't know if it's possible.
I hope but it will better that Trojita put all "To"/""Cc"/Bcc in same line and
not create multi headers.
