I can confirm this with GMail. In KMail, I've created a folder called
"aiiiiiiiii". It appears on the server under the name "a" (according to the
GMail web interface), and it doesn't appear in KMail. In Akonadiconsole in the
collection table, its remoteid is "ia", should probably be "/aiiiiiiiii".
So I guess this bug is about any missing "i" behind the "a", bug 305269 is
about "/" being replaced with "i" before the "a".
