Same here as #23: Fully updated KDE 4.8.5 on Ubuntu 12/04. 
The folder is created and accessible fine by other clients, but the popup
appears every few minutes. The resource id is higher, might be an internal
number.

Starting from the command line reveals nothing of insight about what might
actually be wrong.
