Another observation: The filter considers two addresses as distinct, when they
differ only in capitalisation. These should not be distinct.
E.g. Aku.Ankka at ankkalinna.fi is treated as not in the addressbook, when
aku.ankka at ankkalinna.fi is contained in the addressbook.
