Please create additional functionality to create, manage and modify email
templates.

Please include a management interface to create folders to group templates with
customizable naming and nesting of folders.

Please create a function to share local templates with other users.

Please add a function to insert template from reply composer.

Please add a new message from template toolbar to browse and select template.

Reproducible: Always




This is incrediably useful for using Kontact for Enterprise Email as buisnesses
often utilize standardized Email forms/templates.
