Sort of resolved by removing gtk-qt-engine on archlinux package. This bug
happened after upgrading to 4.10, maybe it is due to some incompatibility with
the gtk-qt-engine (version: 1.1).
Hint came from the possible duplicate bug 197454 but which was resolved as
invalid...
