Bug still present in Kontact 4.8.5 (OpenSUSE 12.2).

Georg's PDF is attached as quoted-printable and arrives 1 byte shorter than the
original.

Good news: manually selecting a base64 encoding (right click on attachment line
- Properties - Encoding) now fixes the problem ("cmp" show no transmission
errors).
