If kmail is configured to play a noification sound on new mail, this sound is
delayed by aprox a second. Even if the mail has been already opened bevor the
sound is trigged, it is played while reading the mail.

This happens both with phonon-vlc and phonon-gstreamer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure kmail to play a notification sound on new mail
2. Wait for new mailb
3. Observer the delay
Actual Results:  
Notification comes too late.

Expected Results:  
Notification should be played right at the time when mail arrives
