I cannot mark all unread mails in a folder as read. The option "Folders → Mark
all mails as read" is disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup an IMAP mailbox
2. Open a folder with unread mail
3. Try to select "Folder -> Mark all mail as read" from the main menu
Actual Results:  
Option "mark all email as read" is disabled

Expected Results:  
Option "mark all email as read" is enabled and marks all unread mail in the
current IMAP folder as read.
