The DAV groupware resource uses the old paths /apps/calendar/caldav.php and
/apps/contacts/carddav.php instead of the "new" /remote.php/caldav/ and
/remote.php/carddav/

The old paths will most likely stop working from ownCloud 5.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a DAV groupware resource and select 'ownCloud'
2. Enter hostname and installation path

Actual Results:  
The paths generated are the old ones

Expected Results:  
The paths should be generated using /remote.php/
