Still valid for 4.10.00
Steps to reproduce:
1. System Settings -> Display and Monitor -> Screen Locker -> Screen locker
type: Desktop Widgets -> Configure... -> Add Widget -> "Leave a note".
2. Lock the screen and leave a note.
3. After unlocking you'll a note created but without text.
