OpenSuSE 12.2, 12.1, (different kmail versions)

One day I discovered, that a lot of messages stored locally are blank.
I'm not sure if it can help, but I use Unison to sync maildirs between hosts
with different hostnames. I have an suspicion that duplicated messages files
confuse kmail (I mean hostname prefix in mail file names or etc) .
