            Bug ID: 329207
Summary: KMail ignores addresses with single-label domain names
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.12 pre
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: steve at clanpatterson.com

KMail replaces addresses of the form somename at singledomain (where singledomain
is a single-label domain name - no dot) with a blank line. This is true for
both To: and From: behavior. Thus "me at homenet" is replaced by a blank address.
"me at homenet." will transport correctly, but this form of address is declared
invalid for the home address configuration in an identity.

A current workaround is to use "homenet.local" as the domain name, but this
requires modification of the MTA and should not be necessary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Address an email to "friend at domain"
2.Press "Send"
3.
Actual Results:
KMail responds "There were problems trying to queue the message for sending:
Message has no recipients."

Expected Results:
Normal queuing and transport.

This behavior doe not occur in 4.11
