I cannot provide the email i question since it contains many addresses and also
a large Microsoft Powerpoint presentation. Furthermore, I have deleted that
attachment...

The message was sent from an gmail account, and I succeeded in saving the
attachment on the second try. So, I don't have much more to help out with on
this, and will mark this bug as duplicate of #300141.
