If think I have the same problem. Moving ~/.local/share/akonadi/ helped for a
while, and then the problem reappeared. In addition kontact is filling the job
tracker with endless CollectionFetchJobs. I am not sure if
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=323068 is related or not.
