Some more information. I have created a fresh user on my system. For this user
I have set up kmail with two of the above three accounts: Kobalt W.I.T. - Geert
and Kobalt W.I.T. - Info.

Both worked without a hitch...

So I tried again to delete and recreate the failing accounts on the exsiting
user and now they all work as well. Go figure...

Just for the record, this most recent attempt was with a more recent Fedora
(Fedora 19), which has more recent akonadi packages:
akonadi-1.10.2-1.fc19.x86_64
