            Bug ID: 323847
Summary: gmail imap smtp none of the Authentication Types work
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.11
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: misc
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: urbanmad at gmail.com

I am reporting this as a bug as I did not have this problem with KMail 4.10.x.
I have followed ALL instructions from google's instructions. I have tried both
ports with ALL the Authentication options to no avail "Outgoing Mail (SMTP)
Server - Requires TLS
    smtp.gmail.com
    Port: 465 or 587
    Requires SSL: Yes
    Requires authentication: Yes"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add gmail account
2. Configure smtp settings
3. Send e-mail
Actual Results:
On port 465, it hangs and on port 587 errors out

Expected Results:
send the message
