This seems like it is an issue with the system cache (ksyscoca) not getting
updated properly and therefore the Nepomuk feeder could not find the required
plugin.

Marking this as FIXED as this probably happened during an upgrade. If you're
still encountering this problem then please run `kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental`
