Hi,
Kleopatra works on Windows XP for thousands of users. This is an individual
setup Problem you are experiencing and no general bug. Please try the
gpg4win-users mailing list (see http://gpg4win.de/community.html ) to get help
with your setup. But with the information of your bug report there is nothing
we can do to resolve your problem.
