This is not really a bug description for kleopatra maybe except "- GPA +
Kleopatra do not accept the keys." which is much to inconcrete for developers
to resolve and sounds like you are trying to do something wrong.

As you seem to be looking for general help with gpg4win a mail to the gpg4win
users mailing list (see: http://gpg4win.de/community.html ) would have been
more appropiate and probably even resulted in a more timely reply.
