[kmail2] [Bug 318093] kmail 4.10.2 hangs on startup

Update: downgraded to kmail 4.10.1, still not working. So it seems something
related to other pieces of kde environment.
running kmail with dbus-launch, same situation described above.

Some interesting messages, possibly unrelated:
