Kontact Summary view cannot read events or to-dos from Calendar stored in Local
folder while it can read calendars stored in local file (ICS)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Calendar Stored in Local Folder 
2. Create an event or to-do in that calendar 
3. See the summary view.

Actual Results:  
No results are shown.

Expected Results:  
The events should be shown according to the options given.
