yes ldap password was never stored in kwallet. I implemented it for 4.11

so bug 279724 is totally wrong.

but yes I know kioslave/ldap doesn't store it in kldaprc or kwallet.
I started to look at how to implement it. Don't know for the moment. But will
investigate.
