Birthday resource
Bookmarks resource
Calendar resource
DAV resource
Google resource (Addresses/Contacts)
IMAP resource
KDE resource
KMail resource
Kolab resource
Microblog resource
Open-Xchange resource
Usenet resource
VCard folder resource

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Use the icons defined in the .desktop files also for the config windows
