New Notes show up in the middle of the screen and can only be resized but not
moved around.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Knotes
2. Add a new note
3. Try to move it
Actual Results:  
It should be dragable by click and holding the topic field to move it around
the screen.
