New crash information added by DrKonqi

akonadi_imap_resource (4.8) on KDE Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5) using Qt 4.8.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Perfectly reproducible crash due to server rejecting STARTTLS (because of
server overload) - a dialog asking whether to open settings, try again or
cancel appears. If "cancel" is clicked, IMAP resource immediately crashes and
is marked Broken. Just after that, it is respawned and the whole story happens
again, and again…
