When I try to send the bug report i get the following Kmail error:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kmail -caption "%c" %u'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I fill out the bug report for the non-linux software.
2.I submit the report. 
Actual Results:  
I recieve the following message:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kmail -caption "%c" %u'.

Expected Results:  
It should have sent the email.
