You can go to Settings->Configure Filter and create a spam pipe-through filter
(e.g Bogofilter check) that works only on certain accounts, and add a new
action "Add Header" with name like "Filtered account" some custom text
("Account #1") after the "Pipe Through" action. 
Then you create (or modify) the Spam Handling filter so it acts based on the
"Filtered Account" header being "Account #1".
You do the same for other accounts where you want spam delivering for different
folders.

If you want all this in an automated way, it is another question, and that is
related to the spam wizard. Reopen the wish in that case.
