When hovering over an email address in the reader window, if that email address
is in my addressbook, I'd like to see a tooltip popup containing the contact
info for that email.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a message for reading
2. hover over an email address
3. email address is in my address book(s)
Actual Results:  
I see the email address shown in the status area. not very useful.


Expected Results:  
I'd like to see a tooltip popup with the contact info belonging to that email. 
at least the person's full name, company, phone number(s), etc
