I am unable to access email in some local folders including Trash.  Kmail
reports "Unable to fetch item from backend (collection 11, resource -1).  The
folders do contain emails.  The account on which this bug appears was set up
from scratch.  The email was imported via an archive.  Let me know what
additional information would help in diagnosing and resolving.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import an email archive
2.Attempt to access email in some folders
3.
Actual Results:  
Popup window with the following:

"Unable to fetch item from backend (collection 11, resource -1)"

and no email.

Expected Results:  
List of emails with subject, sender, etc should appear.
