Gentoo Linux, KDE 4.9.2 with libkgapi-0.4.2

After ~3 weeks downtime, google calendar fetch fails on every login with an
error message: 

Resource does not exist anymore. Google replied: "The requested minimum
modification time lies too far in the past"
