[Bug 307596] encryption works but signing does not

Actually it's correct.  It was loaded with the GPU4WIN 2.1.1-34299beta and when
I select "about KDE" I get 4.1.4 and when I select "about Kleopatra" I get
2.1.0.  I loaded the beta because I was having the same problem with GPU4WIN
2.1.0.
